The doctor is available after hours if necessary for consultation. The doctor has 24/7 access to your records. This consultation service is provided for $100.00 for the first 15 minutes and $50.00 for every 15 minutes thereafter.
This amount is payable at the time of the consultation. Please have the Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card information available at the time of the call. The doctor's direct number is 321-243-8637.
